We accept orders

online products by phone, fax or mail.

payment do you accept?
For your
convenience, we accept major credit cards and debit cards through
our PayPal Shopping Cart. Phone, fax and mail orders are accepted
via prepaid check payments only.
How much does
shipping cost?
We ship all orders
to the United States USPS Priority Mail only. Please see the chart
below for shipping and handling charges.

Do you charge sales
tax?
We are required by
law to collect sales tax on all orders shipped in Florida, where our
corporate headquarters is located.
How long will it
take to receive my It Girl™ products?
Orders take
approximately 1-2 days to process upon credit approval, plus 2-3
days USPS Priority Mail delivery. Orders received after
5pm EST, on weekends or on holidays will be shipped the following
business day. You will be notified regarding any backordered items
or expected delays.
Can I ship/order
internationally?
At this time we
do not ship or bill orders outside the United States

An e-mail will be
sent to you with your USPS Priority Mail confirmation number within
48 hours of purchase.

Can I return It
Girl™ products?
Due to the health
reasons, we are unable to accept returns on any It Girl™ product. If
we shipped you the wrong item or the item was damaged in shipment,
we will immediately replace your purchase with the proper product.
